What are the measures to overcome the barriers of Communication ?

Communication 

          The word "communication" comes from the Latin word "communis," which meaning "common." The activity or process of sharing or exchanging ideas, thoughts, or information between two or more people, with two people being the sender and receiver, is known as communication.

 Measures to overcome the barriers of communication-

Following are the measures to overcome the barriers of communication-

1.    1.  Clarity and completeness- The individual sending the message should have a very clear understanding of the message. He should be aware of the message's goal. The sender's message should be complete. As a result, half-knowledge is dangerous. 

2.     2Proper Language- The message should be conveyed in simple, elegant language. The tone of the communication should not be hurtful to the receiver's feelings. It should be short and written in proper language.

3.     3. Sound organization structure- The organization's structure must be sound in order for communication to be effective. The flow of information is proper.

4.     4. Feedback- The purpose of feedback is to find out whether the receiver has properly understood the meaning of information received. Feedback is very important to ensure the effectiveness of communication.

5.     5. Motivation and mutual consent- The message should be motivated to the employee by communication. And encourage them to work hard, and they should have mutual trust in one another.

6.     6. Use of grapevine- Grapevine communication can be employed in both informal and formal organization. It improves the efficiency of the organization's work or communication system.

       Conclusion-

There are many barriers but there are too many solutions to the communication process which makes it effective.
